As I understand, presently all documents are saved in the Document Managers Home Drive Collavate folder. These documents are then under the control of this manager.
Is it possible not to have a Document Manager and to leave document in situation where they were created.
Our Google Drive setup makes extensive use of Team Drives.
Each Team Drive has specific locations for different document types. The folders in these drives are important and the documents in these folders should not change location.
Instead they should just be marked as stages of workflow and approval.
Is this possible?
