The 'Send Reminder' feature allows you to send a reminder email requesting review of a document if there’s no feedback from the approver.
You can do in one of two ways:
- Navigate to the ‘Process’ Menu and go to ‘Sent Docs’ > ‘Submitted’ page, select the file and then click [Send Reminder] button.
- Go to ‘Posts with Process’ tab, ‘Sent Docs’ > ‘Submitted’ menu page, select the three dot button on document feed that needs to be reminded, and then click [Send Reminder] button.
Then the following pop-up window will show up, enter the message and press the [Send] button. Tick on 'Send a copy of this email to myself’ if you want to receive the message as well.
