Collavate groups specialize in making file-sharing with group members easy. That's why a Google Drive group folder is automatically created in group members' Google Drives when they join a group. All files are shared to members belonging to a particular group. The folder's name matches the name of the Collavate group name.
To locate your Google Drive group folder:
① First, locate your Collavate group name. It can be found on the left bottom of the banner of your group page.
② Go to your Google Drive:
a) If you were the creator of the group, your group folder can be found in "My Drive"
b) If you are a member of the group, your group folder can be found in "Shared with me". If you would like to move the folder to your "My Drive" in your Google Drive, click & drag the group folder into "My Drive".
③ Click on the folder named after your Collavate group name
Drag and drop files here to share with your group members!
