Security levels can be assigned to documents to enable document privacy and prevent certain security level of users from viewing confidential documents.
1. Go to "My Drive" menu in Collavate
2. Select file(s)
3. Click [Set Security Level]
4. Choose Security Level to assign document. Please note that Level 1 is the highest security clearance. Meanwhile, Level 5 is the lowest security level.
Ownership of documents with security level is automatically transferred to the document manager, thus editing it is no longer possible. To keep the editing privilege of the one’s own document, please select the [Keep existing permission] option.
