In Collavate you can set file access privilege by 5 different levels (Highest: 1 / Lowest: 5)
To use this feature, the option must be enabled for the organization. If you can’t see the “Set Security Level” on the top right screen, please ask the administrator to activate the security feature.
Setting security levels is a way of sharing documents with groups within organizations with same tier or higher levels of security. Once a security level is set, the document is shared with users of that level and levels that have higher access privileges.
